kirstenalexaa @babyponyo my best advice would be to treat poshmark like a social media site. make sure you share everything, your items and other sellers. make sure you share constantly! also, follow everyone. doing these things will make you an active member of the posh community, and your items will be more likely to appear in other peoples news feeds and in searches.

babyponyo @kirstenalexaa how do I organize my closet? I see were people are able to keep their jewelry together in one section and then they have an announcement for dresses, which are all together, and handbags all together. And then at the very bottom is everything they sold. There is no order to my closet and it is so scattered.

kirstenalexaa @babyponyo the way you organize items is by sharing. the most recent item you share automatically goes to the top of your closet. so the pattern you use to share will dictate the order of your closet. if you want to organize everything, share all bags at once, then jewelry, then tops, etc. once your closet is organized, to keep it that way either share your entire closet starting at the bottom up or share groups at a time from the bottom up. I hope this helps!

The extra heel clips and the plum pair that has the detachable ankle pieces are all together in a Ziploc bag and I also included a gift with purchase for you. babyponyo @chris_to_the_c you just have to go to your last page which has items to choose from, such as your closet, sales, purchases and so on. Click on purchases and find that item, it should be near the top, when you click on it somewhere at the bottom is a choice to cancel the order. So you cancel the order and you select a reason why and that’s all there is to it.

babyponyo @chris_to_the_c - GO to your PURCHASES: under your purchases, after you click on my item, at the very bottom of the screen it will say “problems/order inquiry”. Click on that and then it brings up another list and the very first thing you choose is “accidental purchase”
