rubym07 @tango112 hi I wanted to let you know I received the coat I’m so in love! There’s just one issue, I hate to even bring up because I love it and you have provided excellent customer service! The coat has a ring around the collar, I was gonna get it drycleaned anyway but Im concerned that it might not come out. Let me know your thoughts! I don’t know anything about the policies because I’ve been screwed a couple of times selling stuff on here and it’s the last thing I want to do to anyone else.

tango112 @rubym07 I have looked into this and you can file a claim within 3 days and Poshmark will assist you in the return that seems to be the way to take care of it you just go to customer support

rubym07 @tango112 thank you! I submitted that I received it showing the stains and a note saying I am taking it to get cleaned. Hopefully they still release funds to you today. Thank you for the excellent customer service!!! I feel like saying I’m sorry even though I didn’t do anything but I would feel bad if the stains never came out and I couldn’t wear it! We will be in touch, I’ll let you know as soon as I pick it up!!!

rubym07 @tango112 I didn’t request a return 😫. I just wanted to have record of the damage just in case. Maybe I did something wrong. As soon the jacket has been dry cleaned I will contact Poshmark - I love it I don’t want to send it back!! I also put that in the notes. I’m so sorry for all this! I want you to get paid ASAP!
