@toptncat Bello, this is mamagail66, sorry you’re not happy w/your purchase, if there’s anything I can do to make it right, please let me know. There were no scratches when shipped & thought I packaged it ok, w/bubble wrap & all, but feel I shouldn’t be rated on a rough delivery to destination. Anyway, sorry you’re not happy, but I ship, post, list honestly, if there was any discrepancies, I would’ve pointed them out in my listing. Some things are out of my control

@klb514 I apologize for your dissatisfaction w/your purchase. There was no scratches or discrepancies w/product when shipped or in listed pictures. I packaged it w/bubble wrap, etc. marked fragile, I can’t see me being punished if it was an error w/shipping company. If there’s anything I can do to rectify, please let me know. Some things are just out of our (MY) control. Again, I apologize

I just feel it was an unfair review for me only to receive $ $3.05, when everything/everyone else was a fair review. I’ll refund you your $, please, in the future, be kinder to other poshers...were all on the same team, and you’ll soon find that out, hopefully not the hard way...happy posting w/other’s

You put item description, there were no scratches, did you see any on the pictures when you zoomed in on the photos, if not, maybe there was t any. If you say it was in shipping, why hold that against me. Did you like the note, stickers, pkg’ing? Any positive thoughts

@mamagail66 hi. I thought a 3 star rating was a decent rating. I didn’t realize that it was a bad one...I did see one scratch on the top silver part of the fame near the beading. But like I said, I was not concerned with that. There were some other scratches on right side when it arrived. Your packaging was nice and stickers were a good touch. Is there a way I can change my review? Sorry again, I didn’t realize.

One quick tip that took me a while to learn. The only way your comments to another posher will show up in their news feed is if you tag their closet name, or hit "reply" under a comment they made to you.(which will automatically tag them)
in other words, you can make comments all day long but they will not see them unless they 1. Purposely come back to this page, or you tag them. i.e. ➡️ @toptncat

I have contacted Posh and told them that I have contacted you about the additional gifts that I requested returned with the uncompleted sale of the coat.
