goldens4xs Hi again - I am so sorry for the delay with your order. I am fairly new to PM and have never sold a bundle before. I also didn’t realize that these items. Together would exceed PM’s weight allowance for shipping. I had it all safely wrapped only to discover that It’s close to 20 lbs.

goldens4xs I contacted PM and their recommendation was to cancel the order and have you re purchase individually. If you are okay with that, I will reduce the overall price by $15 to make up for the increased shipping on your end. Please let me know. Again my apologies.

goldens4xs Hi sorry to bug you but I unfortunately cannot ship all these items together. I have them ready to go. I will cancel the order and if you could reorder 2 of the items at $100 each and one at $65 then I can ship them separately and it won’t cost you any more than the bundle would have.

goldens4xs Hi again - Just wanted to update you again. One of your packages went out yesterday. After I accepted your new offers I only received one shipping label. I contacted PM to find out why and am waiting to hear. However, in the meantime I went back into the offers and two show as expired offers? Did you get an email showing all 3 offers accepted? Let me know. This seems to be a glitch on PM. Working to resolve and get you all your items. So sorry!

goldens4xs Hello again - apparently PM only shows one item being purchased - which is why they on.y sent me 1 shipping label. I am so sorry for all the trouble with this order. If you would please just once again offer on the two larger plates, I will get those out as well. Don’t know why they didn’t register my acceptance of all of those offers.

I have already sent the one set of dishes out but I need you to re offer again(!) on the two other plate sets or they can’t send me the shipping labels. Sorry this has been such a pain!

goldens4xs @kiersten_kelley Hi again - I don’t know what is going on with PM on these offers. I saw that you made new offers but then it also showed that you bought the round plates for $125. When I went to accept your offer on the other it gave me a message that the buyers card needed to be updated. Now when I look at it it show that the offer was accepted but they didn’t send me a shipping slip for it. I have the round plates ready to go.

kiersten_kelley @goldens4xs hi! I have not received the last of the plates yet. I believe they are the square ones. I checked the tracking number and it days its still at the post office in Southern ME. I'm not sure what the hold up is, just wanted to let you know!

goldens4xs @kiersten_kelley Hi yes thanks for reaching out. I have been checking the tracking as well and plan to call usps to see what the problem is. They square plates went out at the same time as the round ones did so I don’t understand why they didn’t arrive at the same time. I’m sure they will tell me it’s due to COVID but I will let you know what I find out. So sorry this has been such a cluster!

PM advises that the are currently tracking many delays with USPS and that I should contact them again if the package is not received 10 days after the last tracking update which was on the 28th. I will reach out to them again on Friday if you do not receive it by then.
