tanya4d So disappointed that you didn't step up to the plate regarding the moldy boots. There is no way you didn't know before you shipped them. I'm not going to ship back to you because you may turn around and resell. If you had posted the comment "moldy" on your sale page, you would never have sold them because of the odor that can't be removed, and the potential health issues. So sad. No customer service. They are headed for the garbage can.

Customer service out of five stars - 0 Quality of item out of five stars - 0 Not advising customers of the mold - 0 Selling through an organization that doesn't understand true customer service - 9 I retired with 20* years as an escalation manager. Do I get it? Absolutely. You rate a shining 0 for this sale. 😟😟😟😟😟
