socalgirl72 Hi Kim, I bought your Michael Kors watch and when I received it, it’s way to small. Did you take links out? There is no way I can wear this....I can’t even close the clasp. Can I send this back to you and get a refund?

ktalbott0 @socalgirl72 Hi, I did not take links out. The only thing I did was have the battery replaced. I’m sorry it doesn’t fit your wrist. It was loose on me. I purchased it from Neiman Marcus Last Call, so I doubt they would have altered it either.
