kimbella20 @frenchiefashun it was not just packaging, the boots were sold to me with a known defective zipper. Which I was unaware of when purchasing, so to this day, I still have not been able to wear the boots because they had to be shipped to Prada for repair. After waiting almost 2 months to get the boots.
