kimmeh1983 @kristendeaton44 Hey. No problem. I hope you love the boots! When you receive the package you will need to confirm on the app and you can leave a review. Once you accept I get the money right away. If you don't accept after 3-4 days the money will be released to me. They give you 3-4 days to open the package and make sure the items are what you ordered and gives you time to try to return if the items are not as described.
