tjjsturner @Brotherssis Just wanted to touch base with you on your purchase with me...... I dropped your package off at your the post office on Wednesday ,but it has not yet scanned. Poshmark is sending me the shipping label number so that I can contact the post office. I will contact you as soon as it tracks and I am beyond sorry!!! I don’t like any of my costumers to wait long for their packages. 😞

tjjsturner @brotherssis I just want to apologize a million times about your package.... I finally got the label number and according to Phone services the package hasn’t left the post office. I am going up there tomorrow mid day, to see why. I will get back with you as soon as I know. Again I’m sooo sorry, this is the first time this has happened to me.

tjjsturner @brotherssis I am in the post office as we speak.... been on the phone on and off with them with no answers. I really think they lots the package but will update you as soon as I know.

tjjsturner Okay.... so they have no records of my package and told me to wait and see if it shows up at another post office or to your home. I was advised to always take it in an get a receipt... lesson learned. I am soo sorry and want to know if you want me to cancel the order or just let it ride through the 7 days posh mark allows? They won’t take payment from you anyway since you haven’t received it. I am a million times sorry. And hope it just shows up at your house. 😞

brotherssis @tjjsturner I hate that as I really wanted those 2 shirts. Let’s just give it to Saturday and if it hasn’t arrived by then I will cancel. Fingers crossed it makes a miraculous appearance in the mail!! Thanks so much for the update.

tjjsturner @brotherssis I’m praying 🙏🏼 it’s so disappointing This is my local post office...I see the same people and the lady actually told me to sit it on the counter the day I took it in. She said she would get to it, because there was such a big line. Thought I could trust her to do so... not again!!

brotherssis @tjjsturner I have never received the shirts but was wondering if maybe when u had a chance u could visit your post office again and just have them look around to make sure the package didn’t fall off the counter and land somewhere. I really really wanted those 2 Irmas lol Thanks again!

tjjsturner @brotherssis trust me, I have done EVERYTHING I could do... including talk to the post master. She wasn’t very nice about it and made me look like I was lying. Apparently they don’t make mistakes in the post office. Especially misplace package (according to them). They are sending me a paper to fill out for a claim. But the shirts have not been found... and If they did at this point they would never admit it. I’m sad the shirts are gone too believe me. 😢

brotherssis @tjjsturner ugh! That sucks!! I’m sorry it’s been such a pain for u as well. The clerk who told u to leave it on counter needs to fess up on her mistake. We all make mistakes and clearly their office does as well. Thanks anyway! I hope u can recoup as well as it’s a loss to u too. Thanks again!
