Hi Kim, I just wanted to let you know that I dropped your purchase off at the shipping location on Monday. I’m not sure why it hasn’t shown as being in transit yet, not sure if Monday being a holiday has anything to do with it. Just wanted to drop you a note and let you know it has shipped though. I also had a few extra Star Wars pillowcases I added in there in case you may have some use for them. Thank you!

@kimtimmer Hi Kim, I messaged them. I’m unsure what to do as well since I did drop it off on Monday. I’m unsure why it still showed as that because I shipped other products with it at the same time that’s showing as shipped. I will keep you updated what I find out. @kimtimmer Hi Kim I’ve only received one response from them and they only told me to call and find out if it had been shipped which it had been. They said they showed tracking as not shipped still. I’ve yet to receive any other responses since I’ve messaged them again.

@saraak123 do you need photos of the tracking label or the package? Or were you able to keep the receipt from dropping it off? Just let me know if you need something from my side to help get this resolved.

@kimtimmer I have sent 3 additional emails to them explaining the situation and have received no response from them. Are you wanting to keep this product? I don’t know what else to do other than initiate a transaction between us or have you send it back if you’re not wanting to keep it. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you!

@saraak123 they actually contacted me this afternoon, asking if I wanted to return the item or re-purchase. I told them I wanted to re-purchase, but haven’t heard back yet. The email said they would set up a new transaction, but I don’t have any idea how long that will take.

@saraak123 it won’t let me upload a screenshot in these comments, but the purchase was through the seller name “poshops” so I assume their operations team has to do some maneuvering on the back end to get the credit to you? They emailed me a link the the listing and said to repurchase there.

I somehow missed that you purchased the Lilly skort. I cannot ship until Tuesday (I’m out of the country on a vacation). If the order gets canceled by Poshmark, I hope you will repurchase.
