Hey, I’m so sorry the order for the Louis was canceled. Poshmark took forever to send me the label for shipping and I kept asking for it and they kept saying they had already sent it. I finally got the label and the next day they canceled the sale. If you still want it , I placed it back up for sale. It’s a beautiful bag. Kind of too pretty for me to use. I’ve mainly just had it for looks in my room. Sorry again.

Ok, thanks! If you open a case when the item gets to you and explain what happened they'll send you a shipping label to return it and you don't pay anything (I do) and same for me to send you the new item but it will probably take more days. Since you are in a hurry and it was my fault, Don't worry about it I just send yours.
