I apologize for the delay, but I’ve been having trouble receiving a shipping label to send you the Ugg leopard boots. Apparently, I have an old email account in there that I need to delete first. I’ve never had this issue with other orders. Their system will let me identify my new email but not delete the old one. I’ve messaged support for help.
