Hi Kim, yes they wrote back to my email and stated: "Thank you for reaching out to us. Poshmark's policy states that all sales are final. If she wants another size, we recommend having her place another order with you." I am still waiting to see how they respond to the case though, perhaps their response there is different! It's been a very busy couple of days for me as well, so I totally understand what you mean! 😊 Let's wait to see how they respond to the case. Let's stay hopeful! 👍🏻
