jordbeez @barbmccr8 Oh my goodness! I double checked and it was delivered. I shipped another pair of Birks to another posher at the same time and she received her shoes and gave me 5 star rating. Go to FAQ's and in the search, type "I never received my order" and you should get info on what you can do. I promise you, I shipped the shoes within 24 hours of purchase! Is there any way the box could have been mis-delivered to a neighbor? I'm so sorry this has happened to you! Please keep me informed!

barbmccr8 @jordbeez I will check with my neighbors after school but my mom lives with me and she is home all day so she is always there for deliveries. If no one has seen it I will go through the process in the FAQ. Thanks!
