so sorry about the mix up on the jeans!! I had scheduled USPS to come pick up another order and wanted to get yours out so quickly that I sent you the wrong ones!! I made Poshmark aware of my mistake in the claim that you opened so hopefully it will get worked out soon however is best for you but I do have the jeans here that you were expecting 😕 Again, so sorry!!

@kclark4550 oh no! that's no problem at all! I am going out of town Saturday but I think they should get here before then. I've had to send something back before and what's going to happen I believe is that once it arrives here according to the tracking number, you will be refunded (I believe immediately) and then it will honestly be up to you if you want to purchase the pair of jeans again that you were trying to purchase.

@kclark4550 I would have reached out to you and let you know that you should have the return label by now. like I said I've sent something back before but I've never been on this side of it and once I realized that I could just actually accept your part of the claim myself rather than waiting on Posh to investigate it mentioned sending you a return label and kind of what the process would be.

@kclark4550 ok great!! hopefully true other ones gets back b here pretty quick, I think it's usually 2 days for a return, and then I'll be able to get yours in the mail right before I go out of town for a week!! I could also bring them with me to mail from there. We'll get it figured out! I still cannot believe I did that!! lol 🤦🏼♀️😂 I was literally trying to get them to you asap but by rushing I sent the wrong item! Another lesson learned lol

I received the other means back today, do Poshmark should have put the money back in your account if you look at your balance I believe (of you had used sales to make the purchase) otherwise, it will take a couple days to show up on your bank statement. I've relisted the actual jeans you want, and you can either purchase them now and I'll send them out tomorrow, or you can wait until your recieve the refund. Let me know what you want to do!

@kclark4550 ok! so, this is how it works on Poshmark. Since as far as Poshmark is concerned you didn't want the jeans anymore for whatever reason. So they sent you a label to return them to me and then they will refund you the money. So that means that now, if you still want the jeans you have to actually purchase them again as an entire new transaction, at which point Poshmark will give me a new shipping label to use bc as of right now, there's not a shipping label.

@kclark4550 In other words it was a return, not exchange. Poshmark doesn't want to manage exchanges because that swould be another direction (the jeans getting there again) to manage sand more personally I'm guessing? lol That's why I mentioned I would understand if you just wanted to wait until the funds show up for you before purchasing again :) Let me know here, it go to my page and you'll see the jeans you actually want listed again :)

I was just made an offer on them, but dang to give you the first opportunity. Just let me know! Still out of town but will be back Saturday and could have them in the mail by Monday!
