sfbarbie hello Kim. I just saw the rating you gave me and I'm curious how you think I could've done better. you noted 3 areas for improvement...packaging, seller responsiveness, and ship time. I looked back at your order and you never initiated any conversation, so there wasn't anything to respond to. you placed the order on the 20th, I shipped the 21st. then packaging...did the item you receive match the item you purchased? was it clean and with tags attached?
