angelad1969 @fozzieface Hi Kim. They are telling me that since you filled a case and they've resolved it then once you return the shirt then they'd refund money and we'd have to do another sale. If you hadn't opened a case then I'd been able to send you the shirt to you no problem. I'm so sorry its such a mixup. I can't find any customer service number to call...do you happen to have one?

angelad1969 @fozzieface It does seem like it would be easier if I just send you the shirt but I can't find a way to reach someone in customer service. I've not ever known a business who doesn't have a customer number but that may be the case cuz I sure can't find one. I just hate for the inconvenience. I do have a little bonus I'll send you with the right shirt when I ship to you since you like the Buckle brands...just my way of saying sorry for any trouble I've caused you!
