Hi Kim,
I had the Michele watch inspected by my jeweler and new battery installed for ($24.95) the next day before shipping to you. I watched the entire process before shipping to people. I also took pictures which show time change. I respect your decision not to buy it. In any case, once I get it back I will be able to see and take back to my jeweler. Again so sorry and not sure what went wrong. You deserve the BEST and correct advertisement. They did authenticate it. Have a wonderful holiday.
