beachbethie Hello I just checked my acct and you already charged me shipping for each item and on your site it said if you buy more than 3 items you give a 15 percent discount. I didn’t receive that either but shipping has already been charged that needs to be changed . ASAP . I am a little upset about that

sandiego69 @beachbethie yes. I’m not happy either. I already emailed customer service hoping to get it resolved tomorrow. I wanted the 15% bundle and one shipping price. Hopefully they’ll get back to me in the morning. Maybe you can email them too.

sandiego69 @beachbethie yes. They responded to me as if I were the buyer not the seller. Totally lame. I’ve emailed them twice since then explaining everything including you getting charged for four shipping charges. After this gets resolved I think I’m done with posh mark going back to eBay.

beachbethie @sandiego69 hello so I called them today but like you said no live person just vm. Never got a return email either. I know it isn’t your fault but I am a little upset that is like an additional 40 dollars that I was charged. No one responds to me. I will never purchase on here again this is just ridiculous

sandiego69 @beachbethie yes. One label. Those idiots emailed me and said use every label next time. Otherwise do a bundle. They never actually gave a direct response to one email that I wrote them. You paid way too much in shipping and I got $13 total for all my items. Fucking rip for both of us. I can’t think of anywhere with worse customer service right now.

beachbethie @sandiego69 girl they are the worst I finally got an email today and was told the seller should have put it in a bundle and should not have charged me four shipping. I responded the seller did nothing wrong your system is not user friendly bc I selected bundle and nothing happened. I told them I should get a refund of 40 dollars and the seller gets money back as well. Then I proceeded to say how there customer service is useless and I didn’t get a response for almost 4 days.

I said no more happy posting it should be sad posting lol. Sorry for the issue but you have been real sweet and I wish you the best I got the clothes and absolutely love them. sandiego69 I wish I’d sold to you too! $13 come on! Might as well just handed it down to you lol. I’m glad you like it. Both my girls loved wearing it. They always took great care of their MJ. I took my other stuff off this site. Once I get my little money out I’m done here and closing my account. I’ll be back on eBay or Kball1969@gmail if you want future hand me downs ;) I’m glad you told them how lame they were too. Suckiest customer service ever.
