Good evening Kim. I'm sorry I had you mixed up with a different person. Your Old Navy pants were mailed on 9/10/20. I am on the phone now trying to see what the post office did with your package. I have the tracking number and the automated system said the package has been delivered. I am waiting to speak with a live representative as I type this. Please let me know if you have gotten your package already. It's either the post office or Poshmark's mistake. I will get to the bottom of this.

@oliver3317 I am at the main post office now to see why they have not sent the pants off. They are looking up the tracking number now. It's here. They just have not scanned it yet. They lady said they are really backed up. She told me if it's not scanned in a few days to let them know. I have never had this issue before with the post office. I mailed off 2 items that day and the other person got there's. I would understand if you'd like to cancel the order.
