kmfishe @cmpmedora69 $12 is maybe a little high but you can always accept less when you get an offer for it. you can also clean it up a little. that stuff on the surface you can carefully scrape off with a knife blade. the little tiles are glass so you cant damage them unless you go crazy. then just rub a slightly damp cloth over the surface. it should make a difference.it doesnt seem to be missing any tiles so that is good.
