@vpnail hi hun I apologize but there's not much I can do being that the post of the boots stated that my boots had the water stains I provided pictures and everything.. I assumed you knew that. Also the description said the same thing. Those boots are pretty much brand new you can simply send them to get cleaned, it's easily removable.
