recyclechick602 Ok. What's going on?? I purchased the Steve Madden shoes on 11/30 and yet you haven't sent them off. You keep telling me you will and yet nothing. You even offered to send the shoes and refund my money and yet you haven't done that either. This is not okay, it's not cool and definitely not a way to do business. I've been beyond patient...please send the shoes!!
