kimgreece @coryheat my apologies, the post office is giving me a hard time about extra postage. In the past I never had this problem. I plan to go in person to resolve this issue tomorrow at the post office. You should be getting your package mailed out soon.

luxelookbook Hi Kim, I recently bought the king mattress pad NWT for $50.33 (including shipping) and it was returned to sender. Can you please refund my money? kimgreece @luxelookbook hello! I’ve requested a refund for all mattress toppers that were recently shipped out. The post office wanted to charge me an additional $95 to ship due to the boxes being so large. This has never happened and I believe poshmark should handle this issue. It’s been weeks and they haven’t resolved any of the 5 inquiries I’ve placed with their support team. My sincere apologies for this. I can’t issue a refund because it says the item has been shipped. It’s not fair to you.

kimgreece @luxelookbook I sent out the order as usual using the poshmark shipping label. Even paid the maximum weight label from poshmark shipping labels. The package was scanned and shipped. It was then returned to me, as the post office says I had to pay $95 extra for shipping due to the size of the box. I tried cancelling the order but it would be allow me due to the shipped status.

kimgreece @luxelookbook I’ve requested poshmark to help resolve this issue and refund all the orders and cancel them. They haven’t responded. I’ve sent 5 emails and no resolution. It’s not fair to you and I understand that. I will try contacting them again.

luxelookbook Hi Kim, since you have the item back, you can either reship it to me, or refund the money. Posh mark should refund you, but I never received the item. I will have to file a report if you don’t issue the refund. I understand if you don’t want to include what I paid for shipping and just refund the $40.

kimgreece @luxelookbook I tried many times to issue a refund. The systems doesn’t allow me to do issue the refund due to the order being in a “shipped” status. This is something that poshmark has to do to. I don’t have your money as it sitting in pending status on my account. Poshmark has to resolve this and then release your payment so I could refund it back to you.
