violetskys7 I am so sorry what happened with the ring I’ve never had that happen in all my years in this business. I would be more than happy to pay for a jeweler to reset the stones or you can choose something else from my closet, again my apologies

friendpb @violetskys7 two of the tanzanite stones are gone. I loooooooooove this ring so much. I’m so sad. I got a ring guard for it so I could wear it until I could get it sized down and everything.

violetskys7 @friendpb I know how much you loved it. Can you find a jeweler in your area who could replace the stones, I’m sure if they can it would be rather costly because of the tanzanite. Which of course I would pay for. In the meantime I’m going to check with my vendors to see if anything similar to it is available. Again I am so sorry.
