@josiecamp Quick question. I mistakenly hit the 'confirm shipped' button on an order while in line at the post office waiting to ship. My QR code disappeared and I tried the button (on order page) to get a new label, but it's not working. I'm waiting to hear back from support, but checking to see if you know how to resolve the issue. Thanks!

@kmillsposh On the Carrier screen you will see the message "Label Completed" .
Click the Reprint This Label link next to the "Label Completed" message.
You'll see a Reprint Label dialog box with some conditions. If you agree to them, check the check box.
Click the Reprint button.

@josiecamp I tried clicking the 'need new label' button on the sales/order screen, and following those instructions. It sent me an email saying 'here's your new label', but only order info present and no label. What is the carrier screen that you mentioned? I haven't gotten a reply from support yet. Thank you so much for your assistance!

@kmillsposh try clicking on your order, then new shipping label, select never received, select next, select either email printable label or generate shipping qr code 🙂let me know if this gets it

@josiecamp I tried that several times yesterday, and got an email saying 'here's your new label'. But there was no label, there was just information about my order. I still haven't heard back from support, only got the automatic email saying they'd get back with me. I'll just keep waiting. Thanks!

@kmillsposh I’m happy that you were finally able to get the QR code retrieved. We live in a small town, and our post office doesn’t have the capabilities of scanning QR codes, so I print mine at home. (QR codes would be so much handier though 😉) Have a blessed week!

@josiecamp Hi! Poshmark support isn't responding, so I'm reaching out to you. This morning I tried to ship to a customer using a qr code, and the post office got an error message when scanned. The message said there was no label associated with the ID. I sent messages to support, but didn't even get the usual email saying that they would check on it and get back with me. That was around noon, and now it's 7:00pm. Please advise what I should do next. Thanks!

Hi Kim...I don't have a lot of experience with QR codes because our small local post office isn't set up to accept them yet. Can you go to your order and try to send another label to yourself?
