pambrg @bluepenguingift Hi! Not sure if you have seen my updates to you about the Nike leggings I sent you that got lost. Latest: I reported the package as "lost" to the USPS, and it appears they are going to pay me back for it via the Priority Mail insurance. So—I tried to cancel your order. But Poshmark says orders can't be cancelled after they are shipped, which of course this was. Ugh! By some miracle, did the package arrive? If not, we need Poshmark's help to settle this.

I did contact Posh once and let them know that I thought the package was lost and would not be arriving but I have heard nothing in return. Do you show a way to contact them on your side?

pambrg I have tried but have not yet figured out how to get their attention. I did send them a few messages about this package; I got form responses telling me basically to sit tight and see if it got delivered. I think we need a real human on their team to help, but I am not sure how to find one. I'm so sorry for this inconvenience. I mailed the package in early January! I will keep trying to find a live person at Poshmark.

pambrg I will keep trying too. This is a problem and needs more than a form letter. It does appear that the package is lost, and sitting tight is not going to fix that. Thanks so much for your understanding.

pambrg Hi, Kim! I reached out to Poshmark again, informing them that the package seems to be lost. They said tracking has stopped, the package is basically AWOL, and they will be releasing your payment back to you. Let me know if this happens! Hopefully we have solved the problem. Thanks!
