infestedisland @ipaler aloha! I just contacted posh via the cancelled order listing. I explained what happened, why we decided to cancel the order. And now that usps found the item and delivered it to me, how best to pay you without you incurring any extra/additional fees- not sure how it works when an order is cancelled but a label was paid for by someone....will let you know when I hear something back from posh.

infestedisland @ipaler hey there. This whole posh assisting thing is so messed up. I feel like it’s a robot reading my emails. I received an email reply from posh about an hour ago basically implying they deducted earnings from you plus gave me a posh credit on top of another refund! I will try one more time to work w posh on this issue. If you feel comfortable sharing ur email w me, I’d like to fwd the whole convo I’ve had w posh to you & discuss options. infestedisland @ipaler hey just an update. Thursday afternoon here. Have exchanged a few more emails w posh’s robot. Finally started tweeting them. Got a semi human reply yesterday morning that said “hang tight. We’re looking into this.” Sooooo yeah. Maybe/maybe not progress is being made to get you paid.

infestedisland @ipaler it’s been 7 days now for posh to get things figured out. I’ve sent several very detailed & specific emails to them and all I get is canned replies. I’ve sent multiple tweets to both posh and marrc. I feel I’ve done due diligence by posh playing by their rules. If this whole ordeal hasn’t messed things up on ur end as a seller, I’d be fine paypaling you directly the listing price of the boots. Lmk how you want to proceed as you probably have more at stake in this than me. -kim
