However if you don’t want it for any reason, I will accept it back from you. It was my daughter’s, she does not smoke nor do I. She may have had it in college where someone did, I don’t know. I did not notice any smell of smoke on it. But as I said, if you’d like to return, I will happily do that for you!!!

@kimnyc97 Again I am happy to accept the dress back due to the fact that you believe it smells of cigarette smoke. The reason would be ‘not as described’. Every item I have sold since I started just this year has a 5-star rating and I strive for nothing less. I’ll reimburse the return postage to you.

@justgivemeone Would you mind giving me a little time to check with the dry cleaner on what the cost to clean the dress would be? I can check with them Friday morning. If it's not too expensive I'll keep the dress and just pay the dry cleaning myself. If it's too pricey then I will return the dress to you. Does that work for you?

@kimnyc97 Absolutely! I want you to be happy just like any other buyer. If that dress wasn’t too big for me, I’d have kept it myself. If you’re not happy, I’m not either. No one close to me smokes or in my home, I can’t explain that. That’s why I offered to take it back at no cost to you whatsoever. But it was already a rock bottom price.

@justgivemeone hi there - I took it to the dry cleaner this morning and she smelled the smoke as well. I’m going to go ahead and pay to have it cleaned - she thought the smoke smell would come out but couldn’t guarantee it. I will be picking it up on Monday afternoon, are you comfortable with me waiting to pick it up before I make a decision? If the smell doesn’t come out I’d like to return it, but if it does then I will go ahead and submit your payment.

I’d also like to add that I started this account in January this year and have sold almost 70 clothing items. I’ve never had a mention of this. I spoke to my daughter and can only assume that her previous roommate’s boyfriend smoked?? Again, my apologies all around☹️☹️

Hi Kim! This issue has driven me crazy!! Guessing about my daughter’s ex-roommate was not the reason. I sold 3 items Friday I gave to an employee to drop for me and discovered yesterday they were still in his car. I hope that yours arrived in a timely manner. I mention this becoz he is a smoker! I have those 3 packages now and am opening them to check. I accept full responsibility for this and to say the least, will not delegate this again. I hope you enjoy that gorgeous dress!! Pam Miller

Hello, unfortunately I'm going to have to decline the offer for the Garnet Hill bee slippers because I cannot find them! Last week I was cleaning out the closets and rearranging things and my daughter said she took them and hid them and now we cannot find out where. I would definitely accept that price, and I apologize for any inconvenience.
