I countered the offer and I am taking out the pencils. I didn't want to decline, put it back together and go on and on. So please note that the offer subtracted the price of the pencils and hopefully will get the $4.99 shipping. Thank you. Sorry to drag this out so long.

I never received anything and they said it has never been mailed. They also stated that they reached out to you about mailing it and you never responded. They contacted me with the above information after 7 days had passed. That's all I know. Do you have a tracking number?
