@kimolf when I first started I read a ton of the articles on starting out which gave me really helpful tips. When your taking your photos make sure your clothing is nice and wrinkle free, well lit, and if you have a nice wooden floor or a pretty wall in your home you can throw a fluffy white blanket on the floor ( if you have one ) and lay your item on that.

You can get some really great ideas by checking out the top sellers closets. And with your description just add as much detail as possible. If there's a flaw with an item make sure you note it, so you don't get stuck with an unhappy customer and possible bad review.
