barbambassador Hi Kim 😊 This is Barbara, you purchased from my closet on the 14th. I shipped on the 15th, but notice there is still a delay. I apologize for that. Tracking doesn’t explain why, just that there is a delay. I also want to apologize for forgetting to put in the moccasins. I found a box for them so they wouldn’t get smashed in the package, then forgot to put it in the package. I just looked on the box, and there they are. I will put those in the mail first thing Monday morning

kmhull7907 @barbara156 it's ok, I understand things happen. As per the delay, the area I live in was hit by tornadoes and flooding this week so that may explain why. Well give it until Wednesday and go from there. Have a great Easter!

barbambassador @kmhull7907 I’m so sorry 😐 I am sure that is the delay. 😉 It happened here last month, but with snow. I was snowed in for over a week, fortunately my daughter has a vehicle equipped for that kind of weather, so was able to get my packages mailed, except for one day. But where I live, they didn’t even deliver mail three or four of those days. I hope you and your family are OK 🌸 thanks for your patience🌹🌹

barbambassador Hi Kim 😊 I contacted USPS a little while ago. They put a trace on the package 📦 they’re not showing any information since it arrived in Portland. I do see that the Moccasins arrived today. Tracking shows that they are available for pick up. I totally understand if you want to cancel the order. Either way, you can keep the moccasins 🌻 Thanks again for your patience 🌹🌹

barbambassador Hi Kim 🌷 A gal called from your local post office today. Somehow they lost track of it in Portland. She is trying to get a copy of the shipping label. Unfortunately each stop doesn’t scan a picture of it. She will keep me updated. I will keep you updated. If there comes a point when you don’t want wait any longer we will go to Poshmark to get your money back to you. This is the first time this is happened, so I don’t know the procedure yet, Will find out 😉 once again thanks for your patience 🌹🌹

barbambassador Hi Kim 😊 I was just checking my account and sign there was extra money. It looks like Poshmark filed for a lost package. Your money was returned to you, and they paid me as well. I do feels bad that you didn’t get the items you wanted though, but I am happy I forgot to put the moccasins in that package LOL. At least you have those. Thanks again Kim. barbambassador Good morning Kim 😊 I just got a phone call from Sugarloaf Post Office. Your package is ready to be picked up at your PO Box. They apologized, and they have no idea what happened. I would think you should still receive a refund from Poshmark. That’s what Poshmark’s message to me said. That you would be refunded your total cost.. Please let me know, just because I’m curious. Your items are yours to keep even if you were refunded. I’m happy that it is resolved now 🌹🌹

barbambassador @kmhull7907 Poshmark just emailed me back. Your refund should be there. If it isn’t, they said you need to reach out to them directly. Unfortunately I can’t do anything else on my end. I sincerely hope you do get the refund for your inconvenience, as well as your purchase.
