stylishpixie @supertasty7 Hi Kim! I am so sorry that your dress was damaged when it arrived. Somehow I did not notice the rip which is why it was not disclosed in the listing. If you want to open a return case, please do. I will not contend it and I will also contact Poshmark to let them know that you're having trouble reporting the problem. Hopefully, they can help sort it out.

I’m waiting for Poshmark’s email (it typically takes 24 hours to get a response) but typically they will send you a prepaid return label and you’ll ship the dress back to me.
