I see in your feedback you’ve mentioned responsiveness and timeliness on shipping. This was shipped right away via priority mail and you did not ask anything that I didn’t respond to. You also mentioned cleanliness and packaging. The backpack was brand new and had zero flaws and was gift wrapped with cute ribbon and a note. I’ve looked through you’re other comments and it appears that perhaps Poshmark isn’t meeting your expectations and standards. I hope you can find what your looking for.

Hi! I’m not sure if you saw my other comment on the item you purchased. I’m truly sorry that the nails didn’t fit. I clearly stated that they would probably fit an adult with small *fingernails* or a kids nails. I described them accurately but there is no way for me to know if they will fit you or not. I wish the nails would’ve worked for you like they did for me, but I don’t believe that I deserve such a low rating for something out of my control.
