Good evening I just went to go pack up your item for tomorrow and it looks like something got on the neck area and I don't have access to a washer . Would you still like me to send it out for you?

What do you think got on the neck and do you think it will come out? I'm hoping to get the shoulder stain out also. Do you know what kind of oil stain is on the shoulder also and has it been set by being in a dryer? Thank you

@cougarkimim not sure what got on it but it looks like an oil stain so I'm sure it will come out. It was underneath a bunch of my inventory and it hasn't been worn since I got it. If you would still like me to ship it out I will but I just wanted to let you know I saw something that wasn't there last time I took pictures.

Did you get it new and it just got something on it? Is it like cooking oil or something? Just want to make sure I can make it wearable. If it just needs a careful washing I can handle that.

@cougarkim I personally have not worn it, it's to big for me im an Xs in this brand but it just got something on it from sitting in storage waiting to be sold. I'm pretty sure you can get it out I haven't washed it yet so it's not set in but I don't know when the stain appeared. I'll go ahead and send it out to you I just wanted to let you know and not be like what the heck this wasn't mentioned in the description.

That's really weird because it was in my mailbox. I even washed it already and got the stain out (thanks to oxy clean max force gel stick). I like the shirt a lot. It's a little big for me, but thats what makes it super comfy. Thanks so much. Kim

@cougarkim I'm glad you like it these are my favorite I have a bunch in xs, s I find them to run a bit big but dang are they warm. I'm glad the stain came out I still have no idea what got on it during storage but I'm glad you are enjoying it!

I love them too, I have one xs, a bunch of smalls and a medium now. I wish I could live in them everyday. Comfy and warm. I don't have any idea what was on it either but it came out after I treated it. It didn't come out just washing it. I had to hit it with the oxyclean. That stuff gets out almost anything. :)

I like there waffles in small and medium and their sweatshirts in small and medium also. Interested in trying their flannels and pants/jeans also, but not sure what size I would be in those. If you get tired of an extra small waffle I could probably make that work too.

I am sooo sorry about the eyeglass case!! 😪 I have never had a problem before! I even hand walked it into the post office. If I had another one like it I would resend it in another boxI Lesson learned. I hope you can use the case the way it is. 💕

I'm sure it was fine when it went in the box. They must have put it on the bottom of a pile of boxes or something. It was really cute and I have a black one just like it that I really like so I actually just took a hammer to it and really carefully pounded the dents out. I put a dish towel over the hammer so it wouldn't make marks inside. I think I did a pretty good job. The hinge will always be a little wiggly after getting smooshed, but I think it will work ok for my new sunglasses. :)
