derpilb2 Hi Kim, thank you for shopping my closet! I shipped the Senor Frogs T-shirt on Monday, but I’m not sure why the post office has not “scanned” the item. When I checked the tracking it says it already left my state and is in PA right now. You should receive it on Friday. I am sorry for any inconvenience! Still new at this 😊. kweiss49 @derpilb2 Hi Melissa! Thanks for letting me know. I have had this happen to me a couple of times. I like to track my sales too, to make sure they are moving along like they should😳. I even went to the post office and threw a fit.... they couldn’t explain it, but then, poof.... the package magically got delivered when it was suppose to, but still showed nothing on the tracking! No worries, I am sure it will show up when it’s suppose to. I am still learning too!

pammila727 Hi Kim! I wasnt sure how to reach you or send a a photo of the box. I live in a high rise building and i took the box to recycling and the disposed of the broken glass . You did A great packing job and i didnt think of taking a photo before i disposed of it. It looked like the box was punctured in a V shape on the side where the base of the broken glass was. No worries about the refund unless its for one and is easy. Thank you i love them.
