chocolatevet hi Kim I purchased the pandora bracelet from you and I finally had chance to wear it and did you have issues with it coming apart ? because the smallest pull and it pops open which is not good as would fall right off. is there a secret I dont know about keeping this closed. im afraid to wear now .thanks Renaye

klholmes12 @chocolatevet No. I didn't experience any problems with it. I actually didn't wear it that much cause I have 3 other bracelets I wear mostly. I will research it though. Is it snapping into place when closing it?

chocolatevet @klholmes12 it closes but takes very little for it to come open. and that's with no charms so I'm sure with couple charms it would easily fall off

klholmes12 @chocolatevet Okay. Do have a local Pandora store that you can take it to so they can look at it and tell you if there is something wrong it. I just watched a video of that particular bracelet and in the midst of her review the bracelet broke. The spring inside that clasp actually came out. I would suggest taking both sides out and trying to place them back in. Or just take to the store if you don't feel comfortable with doing that if possible. Please let me know.

chocolatevet @klholmes12 i have taken both sides off and trying to get the one side to click in many ways but still comes off . I guess I will have to have someone look at it and hopefully can be fixed depending on how much they want to fix ..not what I wanted to have to do.

klholmes12 @chocolatevet No, never took it that way at all. You made a purchased and I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you want I do have another, however it's leather but made the same way with the silver ends w/the cz's. So after you find out about that one. I can send you this one free of charge.

chocolatevet @klholmes12 hi i did but its going to cost more then I paid for it to fix. so I may try to make the one side permently fixed close and hope the other side doesn't get to wore out too soon see if it will last for a little while. thanks for checking,
