leahfields77 Kim, I don’t know what else to do but request a refund for you if your package doesn’t start moving. Everything’s finally melting from all the snow storms that hit so I’ll go by the post office tomorrow (one last time,) if they cannot help I’ll request the refund. I’m really sorry this happened. Daily I’m giving excuse after excuse & stressing and worrying over it (it’s several packages not just yours.) I wish I could do more. I’ll do everything I can to fix this tomorrow.
