nikole_raven I'm sorry you had a bad experience with your purchase, however, I washed, dried, and neatly packaged your item. I also included a note saying that if there was a problem to contact me directly - So, can you please explain why there was a problem with "item cleanliness" to better avoid this problem again in the future?
