su1984 Hi Kim! Thank you so much for purchase the ASOS straw hat. I shipped it in the next day you placed order on 2/20. Unusually it takes 2-3 business days to deliver. I don’t know what happened to USPS it’s still in process. Maybe the extreme weather? Sorry I can’t do anything once it’s off my hands. Please keep checking on tracking.
