noguilt @kimhow65 yes. After you click on the persons closet you are wanting to communicate with, at the top of there closet, it will show there closet name. Beside the persons closet name is a smaller circle with there profile picture and a shopping bag. Click that circle and it will bring up the bundle feature. From the bundle creature it will have a comment option and you can use that to communicate.

calirosabloom Hi Kim. Recieved the slides. Now I know why you got rid of them! There's definitely something "OFF" about them. They don't fit the foot right, there's no way to tighten the strap and the right shoe strap is coming apart which allows me to see the "leather" underside. When you bought them was there anything that stated they are leather? I won't rate this purchase cause I don't want to give you a bad rating. Thanks

calirosabloom I'm going to buy a gel insole to see if that'll help. I should've known better. I'd rather pay $100 for shoes that fit than $30 for something I have to throw in the trash. 😫 My bad🤯

kimhow65 @calirosabloom I’m so sorry!!! I will be happy to give you a refund!! I didn’t have any information on them when I bought them—I buy a lot and then if something doesn’t fit me I list it! I didn’t notice an area that was separated 😞 Seriously, I’ll be happy to refund your money and will send it to you directly to avoid involving Poshmark! Just let me know how you want to proceed and so very sorry for the trouble!!!

I really don't think an insole will help and I don't know how long the strap would last anyway, soooo.....I will gladly appreciate the refund. You can mail it to the same address as you did the shoes if you still have access to the address. And I will mail the shoes back to you

ginnybean22 Wish i would have looked at bag before i accepted with my glasses on its piling very badly on the places you didn't picture. I really feel taken and my mom pointed out the straps were piling the closure area also piling really badly, Bottom of bag. Every one of the corners is messed up. How can you say guc ? Not Cool not cool at all if other bag is like that too I should probably pass.

ginnybean22 @kimhow65 the leather/plastic is peeled off on all 4 corners on bottom and near one of side pockets and straps also are peeling off and where you zip bag up i font see how you could miss it. I've been on posh for 15 months I've spent close to $5000.00 and I've sold about $4,000. I've only had a handful of problems w sellers this whole time but it bothers me big time to get taken. If your eyes are as bad as mine its possible it was an oversight. but I've taken pics 15 if you'd like to see.
