lizzieb616 Hi Kim - I just saw that you didn’t receive your charm. I mailed it per the shipping label that was generated with Poshmark. Click on the order -at the bottom click on “order problem/inquiry”. They may be able to refund or tell you what to do. This is the first time someone hasn’t gotten something I sent out. Do you still have the email with the tracking number?

lizzieb616 I have no problem refunding the sale. But I think you have to go through Poshmark. Please let me know if I can do anything on my end. That one star rating makes me look bad and I did everything on my end that I was supposed to.
