@baglover4lyf Yes it has a collar & the sleeves can be rolled up. And I’m 5’5 1/2 (5’6 on a good day). Standing up my knees are completely covered & depending on how you tie it might alter the length. Plus I’m really top heavy so it might lay different on you.
