hailstone_ Hi Kim, we would just like you to know that for returns on Poshmark, it is a Poshmark policy that you must return all items in a bundle. This is NOT reinforced by the seller. We are deeply sorry that your first purchase on Poshmark resulted in a return, but please know this going forward that when you purchase a bundle on Poshmark, this is Poshmark's policy.

hailstone_ Once again, as a seller we would love it if we can allow our customers to return one item in a bundle that they had issues with (it would be a positive thing for BOTH the buyer and seller). But Poshmark does not allow that and the rule of returns on Poshmark is that if you purchase a bundle and wish to do a return, all items must be returned in their original condition. hailstone_ Poshmark also only allows buyers 3 days to open a case, so please remember to open the case within 3 days of the package's delivery date. After 3 days, the payment will be released to the seller. We are very sorry for your experience and we will gladly accept the return, but please remember to open a case within the time limit that Poshmark gives buyers. Please also note that these rules are all outlined by Poshmark and not controlled by the seller.
