daischa12 Hi, I was given a 1 star rating for a Tignanello black cross body handbag. This was because she said that it was not disclosed that the zipper was broke and was not functioning. She was disappointed. Now this was in my description of the listing. It said that to the main compartment that there are 4 teeth on the zipper that are messed up at the beginning and it is hard to close. The top folds over so it should be OK, it has a magnetic clasp. So you see it was in my description.
