kjoakwood @michbl I contacted Poshmark a few days ago and notified them that the package never started tracking. I have never had an item lost in the mail so I don’t know the process. I thought they would have notified you and refunded your money. I am very sorry that this has happened. I will follow up immediately. Thank you.
