fabfashionhouse Hey Kim! I was just looking at the status of the Citizens of Humanity wide leg jeans you purchased and it still just says shipped and when I looked at the tracking the last time it had an update was October 5th. I just wanted to see if you had still not received them? Let me know and I will look into where they are!

fabfashionhouse @kimberlychon0 okay I opened up a case with USPS and should hear back something tomorrow since they were closed today. Please let me know what you want, I can open up a case with Poshmark so you can get your money back, or we can wait a few more days and see what USPS says. Either way I am extremely sorry you haven’t received them yet!

fabfashionhouse @kimberlychon0 I heard back from the Post Office and they said that it left their facility in Easton, Md on October 1st but do not know what happened to it after that. I’m going to open up a case on Poshmark for you so you can get your money refunded. I’m sorry about all of this and let me know if there is anything else that I can do for you!
