finchfarm Hi I accepted the order thinking it was saying it had arrived. However, this dress is too short. Can you look at the listing and see what it was presented as? I usually ask and the 37” I would know would be too short for me. Thanks!

kimbersboutique @finchfarm measurements are provided. Length is 39” as stated. I do not see anything as the 37” you stated in your comment. Item is already in transit and was sent out days ago. I apologize for any confusion.

finchfarm That’s the trouble. I measured it and it is 37 1/4” which is too short. The 39” would have been ok. Can I please send it back to you?

finchfarm I can take a picture. I am measuring from the top seam. It obviously is not 39 inches. If you can’t accept the return I can dispute the charge with my credit card.
