marypudder Hey girl, when I packed it I threw packaging paper in there, I am upset the box was ripped up! Please file a claim with Usps because I can assure you it was shipped in a large box and was not hanging out I taped the sides of the box shut and used the packaging paper to make sure sealed. The packages from posh are always insured so please file a claim if there was an issue with the shipment in transit .

Maybe it was opened and packaged again ... there was some brown paper on top but nothing wrapped around to protect pillows.. wish I could send a pic to show you box . I still love them ! Thank you! I’ll look at a claim.. I’m gonna go with removing the stains for a win!

marypudder @swimmom5090 that’s what I am wondering if they opened to inspect or something because I always tape up super good and do the paper around If the stains don’t come out definitely file a claim I have photos of before I shipped the pillows (the condition being mint) so I would suggest using those for a claim.
