thecloset6 @kimrose_90 we spoke yesyerday.Im an exp seller.I had someone yesterday I extended my wknd price to since I forgot to change it .they said they wanted the items so bad.they asked what time worked for me ,I said now would work. they said"ok so 6 pm?" why ask me for a time then.I worked with their time as they then said they were having transportation issues and would let me know if they could pickup earlier .

thecloset6 @kimrose_90 which is rude pick a time I thought you had a issue or time in mind, so nobody waits around and you avoid no shows. they contacted me @ 3pm asking if they could head out. I replied with the same instructions they were given @ 11 am when they contacted me to purchase so they could head out . they never responded .I reached out to them at 5:53 as at this point the agreed on time was 6pm unless I heard otherwise and I hadnt heard back when I sent the pickup info again.

thecloset6 @kimrose_90 they had the nerve to say they tried to reach me.You can see when messages are read and when someones typing on this specific platform.they last contacted me @3pm and never responded to me saying yes you can come early. I had another buyer contacting me that day from much farther 30 mins away with no issues vs this womens 10 mins.

thecloset6 they said they're new to this app and if anything I inconvenienced them ,they had to buy items that were not as great of quality as mine, they would never just show up unannounced .they knew since 11 am when theybcontacted me to purchase to message me befor heading out. People rarely understand customer service unless theyve worked in or,own a business.

thecloset6 Its not how things go when everything's fine, it's when things go wrong how you show you value a buyer and always make sure their happy, thats a rare skill. Buyers nevet seem to value that and that's actually customer service. things happen, If you want perfection not relaistic.Apologize like an adult, move forward .the goal is to buy what you wanted right or did you find cheaper, are just to rude to communicate🤔.Since 11 am -5:58 pm trying to to make excuses Reported,blocked!

thecloset6 @kimrose_90 this was on an app where its only personal sales theres no shipping option.And it was furniture.Of course I would never sell to them again. their response alone showed their lack of character and appreciation for how I was hooking them up making it easy for them. A simple " hey something came up can we reschedule I'll pay the original price since your being underatanding" this was just poverty behaviour straight like that! Have a great day with lots of sales!

thecloset6 @kimrose_90 Its what going on I think. Had someone new to Posh make an offer so I'd receive $2.93 .Basic top,excellent condition, barely worn. Countered ,they asked why shipping showed $7.11,my counter $8.I had to tell them we don't receive your full offer .My counter leaves me $5?? Don't discount shipping on 1 item ever, making nothing + paying to send you the item.tagged them in a pricing chart to learn how it works 😎
